Major is a dynamic business consultant and operations leader with over a decade of cross-industry experience spanning hospitality, retail, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. He specializes in strategic planning, operational execution, and business coaching for early-stage and growth-focused companies. Major’s passion lies in helping mission-driven businesses unlock their potential and make a lasting impact in their communities.

He founded The Purnell Agency to close the gap in access to business acumen and support for small businesses and nonprofits, particularly those in underserved markets. Major is known for his practical approach, leadership development expertise, and his ability to turn vision into executable strategy.

Jessica Purnell – Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Co-Founder

Jessica brings over a decade of accounting and administrative experience with a strong background in nonprofit and small business financial management. Her expertise includes accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational systems development. Jessica excels at aligning financial strategy with organizational goals, ensuring that businesses have the clarity and structure to scale effectively.
